Swift Sites integration terms

Purpose and scope

These terms describe use of the Swift Sites Google Business Profile integration operated by AvalonAI for Swift Sites. The integration supports authorized profile-management work for participating businesses. These terms do not change a separate website, SEO, billing, or service agreement. Connecting a Google account does not create a new purchase or payment authorization.

Authority and permitted use

Only connect accounts and request work for businesses you are authorized to represent. Keep that authority and the business information you supply current. Do not use the integration to misrepresent a business, publish unlawful or deceptive content, or bypass another person's permissions.

Google's applicable terms and Business Profile policies continue to apply. A Google permission grant enables technical access; it does not replace the business's authorization for the services performed.

Operation and oversight

The service uses software and automated agents to perform requested tasks. Operators are responsible for providing accurate business instructions and reviewing work where their service process requires it. Report errors or unintended changes to kyle@avalonai.org so they can be investigated.

Features depend on Google approval, account permissions, and API availability. Google can restrict or revoke access. The connection does not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, uninterrupted operation, or approval of content by Google.

Disconnecting and support

You can revoke access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings or request disconnection through kyle@avalonai.org. Disconnection stops future access but does not reverse previously published changes. Retention and deletion of saved information are described in the integration privacy policy.
