Swift Sites integration privacy policy
How the Swift Sites Google Business Profile integration accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google data.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Scope and operator
This policy covers the Swift Sites Google Business Profile integration operated by AvalonAI for Swift Sites. It covers the Google connection and related profile-management work. It does not replace the privacy notices of Google or the individual businesses whose profiles are managed. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to Kyle Curtis at kyle@avalonai.org.
Information accessed
With an authorized operator's consent, the integration uses Google's business.manage permission to access the business accounts and locations that account can manage. Depending on the requested task, this includes profile identifiers, names, addresses, contact details, categories, hours, attributes, posts, photos, and available performance metrics.
We store authorization credentials, the mapping between each client and its Google profile, and records needed to carry out and verify requested work. We do not receive Google passwords. This Business Profile connection does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or unrelated Google services.
How information is used
We use Google data to provide the requested profile-management service: retrieve business details, prepare or apply authorized changes, publish authorized content, produce reports, and diagnose failed operations. Relevant profile information can be processed by automated agents and AI providers to perform these tasks. Google authorization does not by itself instruct us to change every accessible profile.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or unrelated profiling, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, access, and sharing
Authorization credentials are kept in private credential storage and are not published in website source or public pages. Access is limited to authorized operators and the systems performing the service. Relevant operational data is stored in private application storage and task records.
Information is shared with Google to carry out API requests, with the relevant business and authorized Swift Sites and AvalonAI operators to deliver the service, and with infrastructure and AI service providers as needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address security and abuse. We do not share one client's private profile information with unrelated clients.
Retention, revocation, and deletion
We retain credentials while the connection is needed and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve errors, and meet applicable legal obligations. Revoking access in your Google Account stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically delete previously saved records or content already published on Google.
To disconnect the integration or request deletion of retained Google data, email kyle@avalonai.org and identify the account or business involved. We may verify your authority before processing the request. We remove data no longer needed, subject to applicable legal retention requirements and the expiration of backup copies. Published Google content must be managed separately through Google or an authorized profile-management request.
Website visits and policy updates
These public information pages are hosted on the AvalonAI website. Its website privacy and cookie notices apply to visits and website analytics; this policy specifically governs data obtained through the Swift Sites Google connection.
We update this policy when the integration's data practices change. Materially different uses require appropriate notice and consent before they begin.
